Tonight, Tuesday 11th Feb 2014 was the opening night and first training session for the Shishikan Dojo.

Previously called Shishikai and training out of the Coorparoo School of Arts Hall, the dojo was renamed to Shishikan and relocated to Sunnybank.

Members went through a solid session of Kihon waza, review of kata up to 4th Kyu, Naihanchin sho waza and completed 200 mawashi geri, 150 sit-ups and 150 star jumps.

A good training session to start 2014 with a promise of better things to come.
